Apply to a school in Australia and get a CoE
To apply for Australian student visa you ought to be enrolled at an Australian University/college. Create an account with the Australian immigration Authorities

Process The Visa Application Online

Depending on your place of study and residence, one will be required to undergo a health checkup and/or a visa interview. You will receive this information in your e-mail after you must have completed the above application (if it applies to you). Obtain Your Visa Decision
The period of time it takes, to obtain your visa decision depends on the location you are applying from and how busy the Australian immigration authorities are. In our experience, you usually obtain your decision within a space of one (1) or a couple of weeks after completing your application. You can check the status of your application by logging in to the Australian immigration portal (this is the account you created in step 2 above). Travel to Australia
